Private Lesson Piano Instructor

The Quad City Symphony Orchestra is looking to hire experienced music teachers to establish private teaching studios within the Quad Cities. Responsibilities include planning and preparing lessons, teaching music theory, aural skills and practical techniques, providing lesson logs for payroll, motivating students, and communicating with the Director of Education and Community Engagement. Qualifications: Bachelor of Music in Performance or Education (required), Master’s degree preferred, demonstrable knowledge of music curriculum, strong organizational and communication skills, ability to pass a background check.
