Audition Day Pass
$299

Run one full blind audition without a subscription: in-platform applications, prescreening, the auditable random draw, candidate numbering, check-in, multi-round advancement, and weighted blind jury scoring. The complete audition OS for a single cycle — no annual plan, never auto-charged.
Starts on confirmed payment and ends after 60 days. The pass does not include a job or listing credit, and Cadenza charges no per-applicant fee. After expiry, paid audition actions lock but organization records are not deleted simply because the pass ends. Review what's included, support, and refund terms.

Cadenza Executive Search & Advisory
Find the leader.
Strengthen the institution.
A professional-services practice in formation for arts and culture—board succession, leadership risk, and executive transition. Evidence-led, independently governed, and designed for decisions with institutional consequence.
Practice 01 / Board & succession
Continuity as a board instrument.
Planned and unplanned transition, separated into evidence, judgement, ownership, and the decisions a board must make next.
Board & Succession — controlled pilot stage
The methodology and proposed engagement scopes are designed. We are not accepting paid mandates until a named credible adviser, approved legal and privacy terms, and an MFA-protected confidential data room are in place. Boards may discuss a future pilot without creating an engagement or sending confidential records.
Practice 02 / Retained search
Retained Executive Search — in formation
Retained search opens when Cadenza has proved its accountable search-delivery capacity and Release 2 controls. Until then we do not accept search mandates or claim placements we have not made. Boards planning a chief-executive transition can register non-confidential interest in future work. Any private conversation is arranged separately; no confidential candidate or engagement records should be sent at this stage.

Advisory overviewWhat you’ll never pay.
One clear annual price. No metered surprises, and no commission on the revenue that matters most to you.
No school-paid per-applicant fees
Unlike Acceptd or SlideRoom, schools do not pay Cadenza per application or submission — review as many as you like. Any official application fee is set by the school and disclosed to the applicant.
No cut of salaries or tuition
We never take a commission on a hire’s salary or a student’s tuition. What you save, you keep.
No setup or monthly fees
No onboarding charge and no monthly minimum — a single fixed annual price, billed once.
Keep 100% of ticket value
Buyers cover the service fee at checkout; your organization receives every dollar of face value.

Frequently asked questions
Have a question not listed here? Contact us and we will get back to you within 24 hours.
Is Cadenza free for musicians?
Yes. Musicians can browse opportunities, save listings, set deadline alerts, build their profile, and track applications at no cost. There are no premium tiers or paywalls for individual musicians. If a school or organization sets its own official application fee, Cadenza shows that fee and the small checkout service fee before payment.
How does the 1 free listing work?
When you claim your organization, you get 1 free listing credit you can use for any listing type — a job, audition, sub call, competition, or program. This lets you try Cadenza risk-free before committing to a plan.
What’s the difference between pay-as-you-go and subscriptions?
Pay-as-you-go is ideal for organizations posting 1–3 listings per year at $249 each (your first listing is free; sub/extra and program rates are on request). Organization subscriptions ($990–$4,800/year) include unlimited listings and are better for organizations posting regularly; schools and military bands have their own plans. Four job/audition listings ($249 each = $996) cost more than a Founding Pass at $990/year — every listing after that is free.
What’s the Founding Pass?
A limited-time rate available to early adopters. Once you lock in the founding rate ($990/year), that price stays the same for the life of your subscription — even as standard prices increase. The founding cohort is limited to the first 50 organizations — first come, first served — and checkout closes automatically once the cohort is full.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes. All subscriptions are annual with no long-term contracts. Cancel anytime and your access continues through the end of your billing period. Note: cancelling a Founding Pass means losing the founding rate if you rejoin later.
Do you offer enterprise pricing?
Yes. For large organizations, multi-campus schools, or agencies we offer enterprise plans starting at $18,000/year with custom data exports, a dedicated success manager, and white-glove onboarding. Contact us to discuss your needs.
How does the practice room marketplace work?
Venues list practice rooms with pricing, photos, and amenities. Musicians search by city and book instantly. Hosts pay a 10% commission on completed bookings, deducted at payout. Musicians pay nothing beyond the room rate — no booking fee.
What are the concert ticket fees?
Standard rate is 7% + $0.99 per order, paid by the buyer at checkout. Paid Cadenza subscribers (Founding, Standard, Hiring OS Pro, or Full Service) drop to 5% + $0.99 per order. Donations added to a purchase are processed at 5%. No monthly fees, no setup costs, no minimums. Includes mobile delivery, QR check-in, promo codes, donations, merchandise add-ons, and real-time sales analytics.
What is Cadenza Executive Search & Advisory?
A professional-services practice operated by Cadenza for arts and culture institutions, covering board succession, leadership risk and executive transition. It is separate from Cadenza's software plans. Cadenza accepts non-confidential pilot inquiries through its public form. Any private introductory conversation is arranged separately, and Cadenza will not accept a paid advisory mandate until the remaining Release 1 legal, privacy, secure-workspace and delivery-capacity controls are in place.
Why does it say retained executive search is "in formation"?
Because it would not be true to say otherwise yet. Cadenza does not accept retained search mandates until its accountable search-delivery team and Release 2 controls are in place, and we do not claim placements we have not made. Board & Succession is in a controlled pilot stage while its remaining legal, privacy, workspace and capacity controls are completed. Boards planning a chief-executive transition can register non-confidential interest in future work; any private conversation is arranged separately.
What will a retained executive search cost when it opens?
Fixed professional fees from $60,000, scoped per mandate and set out in a signed fee schedule before any work begins. Cadenza does not price search as a percentage of the appointee's compensation, which avoids the incentive to push a board toward a more expensive hire. Approved expenses are separate and disclosed in advance, with no undisclosed markup.
How is candidate confidentiality handled in an executive search?
A person researched for a search is not treated as an applicant. Nobody is presented to a client without their consent, no references or background checks happen without written authorization, and nothing is published about a candidacy without permission. Candidates can correct factual records about themselves, opt out of future contact, and raise a complaint through a defined route.
Does advisory work require buying Cadenza software?
No. Search and advisory clients are never required to adopt Cadenza products, adviser compensation does not depend on any software cross-sell, and an adviser may recommend a different product where that is the right answer. Confidential advisory information is also never used to target marketplace recommendations, advertising or editorial coverage.
