How we handle incidents
Cadenza is an early platform operated by a small team. This status surface reflects an automated health check, not a staffed 24/7 network operations center. We do not publish historical uptime percentages here because we would rather show you a real, current signal than a number we cannot yet stand behind.
If something looks wrong — a page will not load, a payment will not confirm, a dashboard stays blank — the fastest path to a human is our support channel. Include what you were doing and any error you saw, and we will investigate and follow up.
