Producer (2 positions)

Two producer posts, full-time or fixed-term with possibility of extension, based in Antwerp, following the 1 March 2026 merger of Opera Ballet Vlaanderen and Antwerp Symphony Orchestra into ASOBV vzw (over 500 permanent staff including 200+ artists). As Producer you are responsible for the entire production process of opera, ballet, VONK, touring productions and symphonic concerts: drawing up and following the project plan, acting as central internal and external point of contact, chairing production meetings, safeguarding the overall production budget and flagging overruns, centralising production documentation, agreeing production terms with partners at external venues, arranging travel, accommodation, per diems and work permits, and travelling with the tour. Profile: bachelor's or master's or equivalent experience, minimum 5 years in project management, planning and budgeting, insight into theatre production, fluent Dutch and English.
