Admissions Counselor — Student & Family Matching (Remote, Worldwide)
The Global Conservatory·Remote, Worldwide
Deadline
Dec 31, 2026
Compensation
Contract role, volume-based compensation — scales with the founding cohort
Every TGC student begins with a 30-minute conversation. Be the person who gets the match right.
YOUR STUDIO
Run admissions consultations with students and families across time zones, match applicants to faculty by level, goals, language, and schedule, guide the enquiry-to-first-lesson journey, and safeguard the standards that make TGC matches stick (first-match guarantee, one free re-match).
THE ROLE, PLAINLY: this is per-lesson faculty work. You are paid for every lesson you teach — no salary, no minimum hours, no exclusivity. You keep your career, your existing students, and your city. TGC matches students to your studio, handles scheduling, billing, and safeguarding; you teach live on Zoom from wherever you live. You may also offer group classes, full-term studio cohorts, and ticketed masterclasses — you choose your formats and set your calendar.
THE ROLE STRUCTURE
Remote, flexible-hours contract role with volume-based compensation; grows with the founding cohort.
