The baritone voice carries opera's fathers, villains, and poets. Teaching it well means knowing exactly where lyric warmth ends and dramatic steel begins. YOUR STUDIO Teach technique and registration for baritone voices, the art-song and oratorio literature, the opera repertoire from Mozart to Verdi and beyond, lyric diction, and audition preparation for young artists programmes. WHAT YOU WILL ACTUALLY DO — Teach live, one-on-one lessons to students TGC's admissions team matches to you — by level, repertoire, goals, and time zone — Shape each student's pathway: repertoire plans, technique architecture, performance milestones, online recitals — Optionally: sit Mock Audition Lab panels, give public masterclasses, teach certificate cohorts, and coach the auditioned Global Youth Orchestra — each compensated separately — Never: chase payments, schedule logistics, or market yourself. TGC handles billing, scheduling, safeguarding, and student matching HOW THE WORK WORKS This is per-lesson faculty work. You are paid for every lesson you teach — no salary, no minimum hours, no exclusivity. You keep your performing career, your existing students, and your city. Take two students or twenty; grow or shrink your studio as your season allows. You teach from wherever you live, in the hours you choose, and students come to you. WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR Internationally accomplished baritone artists and pedagogues: orchestra and opera professionals, conservatory faculty, competition laureates, and master teachers with a record of student growth. Online-teaching experience is welcome but never required — every TGC faculty member receives full platform onboarding, equipment guidance, and an online-pedagogy workshop.
