Every musician now needs a second instrument: the studio. Teach it. YOUR STUDIO Teach recording and audio engineering, mixing and mastering, DAW fluency (Pro Tools, Logic, Ableton), electronic production and sound design, live-performance technology, and the creative-AI tools reshaping the field — inside TGC's NextGen Music & AI lab. WHAT YOU WILL ACTUALLY DO — Teach live, one-on-one lessons to students TGC's admissions team matches to you — by level, repertoire, goals, and time zone — Shape each student's pathway: repertoire plans, technique architecture, performance milestones, online recitals — Optionally: sit Mock Audition Lab panels, give public masterclasses, teach certificate cohorts, and coach the auditioned Global Youth Orchestra — each compensated separately — Never: chase payments, schedule logistics, or market yourself. TGC handles billing, scheduling, safeguarding, and student matching HOW THE WORK WORKS This is per-lesson faculty work. You are paid for every lesson you teach — no salary, no minimum hours, no exclusivity. You keep your performing career, your existing students, and your city. Take two students or twenty; grow or shrink your studio as your season allows. You teach from wherever you live, in the hours you choose, and students come to you. WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR Internationally accomplished music technology artists and pedagogues: orchestra and opera professionals, conservatory faculty, competition laureates, and master teachers with a record of student growth. Online-teaching experience is welcome but never required — every TGC faculty member receives full platform onboarding, equipment guidance, and an online-pedagogy workshop. WHY TGC The Global Conservatory is a live online conservatory: 75 internationally accomplished faculty across 14 countries and every time zone, 55+ certificate programmes, 8 divisions, and students from early-childhood beginners to pre-professional artists. Every lesson is live and one-on-one — no pre-recorded courses, no AI substitutes for the teacher–student relationship. Faculty are selected for pedagogy as much as performance.
