YOUR STUDIO Coach artists one-on-one and in cohorts: pitch-ready catalogues, metadata and delivery standards, contract red flags, sync-agent and supervisor relationships, and live track-feedback masterclasses ("How to Get Sync'd"). THE ROLE, PLAINLY: this is per-lesson faculty work. You are paid for every lesson you teach — no salary, no minimum hours, no exclusivity. You keep your career, your existing students, and your city. TGC matches students to your studio, handles scheduling, billing, and safeguarding; you teach live on Zoom from wherever you live. You may also offer group classes, full-term studio cohorts, and ticketed masterclasses — you choose your formats and set your calendar.
