Sync & Licensing Coach — Music Business Division (Remote)
The Global Conservatory·Remote, Worldwide
Deadline
Mar 31, 2027
Compensation
Paid per lesson taught — rates agreed with each faculty member. No salary, no minimum hours, no exclusivity.
Sync is the biggest revenue lane for independent artists — and almost nobody teaches it from the inside. TGC's flagship business sub-track needs working sync agents.
YOUR STUDIO
Coach artists one-on-one and in cohorts: pitch-ready catalogues, metadata and delivery standards, contract red flags, sync-agent and supervisor relationships, and live track-feedback masterclasses ("How to Get Sync'd").
THE ROLE, PLAINLY: this is per-lesson faculty work. You are paid for every lesson you teach — no salary, no minimum hours, no exclusivity. You keep your career, your existing students, and your city. TGC matches students to your studio, handles scheduling, billing, and safeguarding; you teach live on Zoom from wherever you live. You may also offer group classes and ticketed masterclasses — you choose your formats and set your calendar. Full-term studio cohorts are in development.
WHY TGC
The Global Conservatory (TGC) is a live online conservatory: 75 internationally accomplished faculty across 14 countries, 55+ certificate programmes, and eight active divisions — Performance & Vocal, Opera & Vocal Arts, World Music, NextGen Music & AI, Health & Wellness, Pedagogy Institute, Orchestral Training, and Composition & Theory. Ballet & Dance and Drama & Theatre launch in 2027, with Music Business following in autumn 2027. Every lesson is live — no pre-recorded courses, no AI substitutes for the teacher–student relationship.
