Online Flamenco Guitar Faculty — Tradition-Bearer (Remote, Worldwide)
The Global Conservatory·Remote, Worldwide
Deadline
Dec 31, 2026
Compensation
Paid per lesson taught — rates agreed with each faculty member. No salary, no minimum hours, no exclusivity.
Compás is law. TGC seeks flamenco guitarists formed in the peñas and tablaos to teach the real thing.
YOUR STUDIO
Teach rasgueado, picado, and alzapúa technique, the palos and their compás structures, accompaniment for cante and baile, and falseta repertoire from the tradition you carry.
THE ROLE, PLAINLY: this is per-lesson faculty work. You are paid for every lesson you teach — no salary, no minimum hours, no exclusivity. You keep your career, your existing students, and your city. TGC matches students to your studio, handles scheduling, billing, and safeguarding; you teach live on Zoom from wherever you live. You may also offer group classes, full-term studio cohorts, and ticketed masterclasses — you choose your formats and set your calendar.
