YOUR STUDIO
Teach conga technique and tumbao, timbales and bongó, clave theory and ensemble roles, Brazilian pandeiro and surdo traditions, and salsa/son/samba repertoire.
THE ROLE, PLAINLY: this is per-lesson faculty work. You are paid for every lesson you teach — no salary, no minimum hours, no exclusivity. You keep your career, your existing students, and your city. TGC matches students to your studio, handles scheduling, billing, and safeguarding; you teach live on Zoom from wherever you live. You may also offer group classes, full-term studio cohorts, and ticketed masterclasses — you choose your formats and set your calendar.
