YOUR STUDIO Teach hand technique and tone/slap/bass clarity, the traditional rhythm families and their dances, ensemble roles and arrangement, and the cultural context that keeps the music honest. THE ROLE, PLAINLY: this is per-lesson faculty work. You are paid for every lesson you teach — no salary, no minimum hours, no exclusivity. You keep your career, your existing students, and your city. TGC matches students to your studio, handles scheduling, billing, and safeguarding; you teach live on Zoom from wherever you live. You may also offer group classes and ticketed masterclasses — you choose your formats and set your calendar. Full-term studio cohorts are in development. WHY TGC The Global Conservatory (TGC) is a live online conservatory: 75 internationally accomplished faculty across 14 countries, 55+ certificate programmes, and eight active divisions — Performance & Vocal, Opera & Vocal Arts, World Music, NextGen Music & AI, Health & Wellness, Pedagogy Institute, Orchestral Training, and Composition & Theory. Ballet & Dance and Drama & Theatre launch in 2027, with Music Business following in autumn 2027.
