Process
Each stage has a named owner, evidence boundary, approval point, and stopping condition. A polished screen is never a substitute for an approved operating control.
Record purpose, board sponsor, adviser, access list, retention plan, claims boundary, and the exact decision the work supports.
Use an approved MFA-protected workspace for interviews, contracts, board material, and any other confidential record.
Separate fact, missing evidence, adviser judgement, and client response; record the version reviewed and by whom.
Deliver the approved version, record acceptance, retain or delete on schedule, and capture what should remain human.
